摘要
基于静止状态下感应电机参数辨识的原理及其在变频器中的实施方案,分析变频器控制误差与检测误差对参数辨识、状态观测及系统控制特性的影响。仿真和实验结果表明,采用静止辨识方法能够获得与常规空载/堵转试验法同等的结果,而且即使存在系统误差,导致参数辨识不准确,系统仍能保持良好的控制特性,从而为变频器的产品设计与技术指标制订提供了重要依据。
In accordance with the principle of parameter identification of induction motor at standstill and the corresponding implementation way applying in motor speed control converters, the impacts of control and feedback errors from converter on the parameter identification, state estimation and system control characteristics were analyzed and discussed. Simulations and experiments demonstrate that compared with the conventional method of no load test/ lock test the parameter identification at standstill can reach the same identification results. It should be noticed that the system can still keep good control performance even if there exist parameter identification errors caused by system errors. It provides an important basis for product design and technical index making of converter.
