摘要 张集煤矿副井C30直流传动系统自1998年投入使用至今已十几年,在技术上和硬件上面临淘汰,实际运行中还存在诸如易受电磁干扰、低转速运行时经常出现抖动等问题,升级改造势在必行。引入了具有世界先进水平的INGESYS IC3全数字传动控制系统,成为集团内部乃至全国同行业首家技改成功单位。IC3全数字传动控制系统大大提高了提升效率,经济效益明显,同时大幅提高了绞车运行的安全性、可靠性和乘坐的舒适性。 C30 DC drive control system in the auxiliary shaft of Zhangji coal mine have been used for more than 10 years from 1998, which eliminated by market. It had some problems such as liability to be disturbed by electromagnetic interference and running shaking in low speed. Upgrading and improvement is imperative. So, the INGESYS IC3 full digital drive control system was introduced. The new system improves lifting efficiency and economic benefit greatly. The safety, reliability and riding comfort of hoist are also improved. Zhangji coal mine first achieved successful application of the IC3 system in group corp and domestic industry.
