摘要
文章通过分析舵机伺服系统的工作原理,建立了四余度伺服舵机系统工作的数学模型,分析了余度舵机的故障隔离方法和余度系统工作原理;运用Simulink对系统各种典型故障模型进行仿真,并分析了舵机性能的变化。仿真结果表明,与单通道舵机相比,余度舵机可以有效地隔离故障元件,保证了舵机的操控性能,具有更好的稳定性和可靠性。
The mathematical model of a hydraulic actuator servo system with fourfold redundant electro-hy- draulic servo valve(EHV) is founded through the analysis of the working principle of hydraulic actuator servo system. Then the fault isolation method and the working principle of redundant servo are analyzed. The sim- ulation of typical fault models is carried out by Simulink, and the changes of the properties of hydraulic actua- tor servo system are studied. The result of the simulation indicates that, compared to the single channel ser- vo, the redundant servo can isolate fault cells effectively and achieve the aim of controlling with better stability and reliabilitv.
