摘要
文章介绍了一种高功率非线性低电感强脉冲电阻器,在大量分析和试验的基础上,选择了一种具有非线性导磁特性的铁合金材料,利用其导磁特性随电流幅值变化的特点,获得该电阻器大电流下的低电感特性。通过二维有限元方法设计得到该同轴结构电阻器的相关参数,实测结果验证了理论计算结果,满足了工程的需求。
A nonlinear low inductance and high-power pulse resistor is developed. On the basis of stud-ies and tests, a nonlinear magnetic ferroalloy material is used, of which the magnetic properties can vary with current amplitude. Therefore, the low inductance current characteristics of the resistor are obtained. Furthermore, a two-dimensional finite element method is used to obtain the relevant param- eters of the coaxial structure resistor. Finally, the actual test results verify the theoretical results, and the engineering needs are met.
