摘要
在FMS柔性制造系统中,物流运输小车作为中间载体,既要实现工作台在物流线上的传输和定位,又要实现工作台从缓存站到主机的双向交换。设计物流小车,通过机械结构的综合运动、电气系统的控制和实时监测,实现了工作台在物流运输线上的高精度双向交换。
Logistic dolly as a medium in FMS, is used to realize transportation and positioning of table on logistic line, and to re- alize the exchange between machine and storage station of table. A logistic dolly was designed. By mechanical structural comprehen- sive movement and control system, real time monitoring for table movement was conducted, and high accuracy double direction ex- change of table on logistic line was realized.
