Design of Automatic Centering Perforation Machine for Billet

简述了无缝钢管钢的生产流程及钢锭中心孔加工工艺存在的不足,提出了一种能自动检测钢锭圆心,并远程控制电极自动定心打孔的设备。介绍了定心打孔装置的机械结构,分析了钢锭圆心自动检测及找正打孔的原理。实现了WINCC组态软件和西门子S7-300PLC对工艺过程的运动控制和实时监控。

The production process of seamless tubes and the defect of the process technics of center hole of billet were introduced.A machine that could automatically detect and punch center hole by automatic tests and by remote controlling electrode for automatic centering was put forward. The mechanical structure of centering perforation machine was introduced, and tb.e principle of automatic detection, automatic centering and punching hole was analyzed. The motion control and graphical monitor in real time of production process based on WINCC configuration software and Siemens PLC S7-300 were accomplished.
