摘要
轴承的配合公差与径向游隙对机床振动、噪声、电机温升以及轴承寿命有很大影响,因此对轴承的配合公差与径向游隙进行计算与分析很有意义。讨论了影响轴承配合公差和径向工作游隙的几个因素,基于数值计算和理论分析,提出了与轴承配合的轴颈和轴承座孔的配合公差、轴承原始径向游隙组的选择方案。
The vibration noise from machine tools, temperature rise in electric motors and service life of bearing are enormously impacted by the fit tolerance and radial internal clearance of bearings. Therefore, there is important significance to make analysis and calculation of them. The influencing factors on fit tolerance and working radial internal clearance of bearings were discussed. Mean- while, based on theoretical analysis and numerical calculation, a scheme was put forward to select fit tolerance of shaft journal and bearing saddle bore as well as a set of original radial internal clearance of bearing in conjunction with the bearing.
