摘要
目前国内市场上使用的数控系统大都没有椭圆插补功能和椭圆台类加工特征的固定循环功能。通过分析椭圆台侧面的加工工艺,推导出球刀分层切削椭圆台侧面时的刀心轨迹方程,并给出依据允许切削残留高度及逼近误差求下刀步距及角步距的方法,然后利用数控系统的用户宏程序功能,开发出球刀切削椭圆台侧面的固定循环功能,使数控系统的功能得到了扩展。
There aren't ellipse interpolate function and canned cycle programming function for elliptic table side cutting in NC systems in domestic market. An equation for the path of ball-end cutter with layer milling method was deduced by analyzing the process of elliptic table side milling. The methods calculating the tool-step length and angle-step degree were presented according to the allowa- ble residual altitude and approximate error. A canned cycle function to mill the oval side surface using user macro function of NC sys- tem was developed. So the function of NC system is expanded.
