摘要 拉矫机弧形段上底座单侧由9对18个不太明显的凸凹折线面包络形成半径为R11 085 mm大圆弧,每个折线面用于支承并固定带锥度的各辊子轴承座,其位置有向心要求,每个折线段面所对应的角度不同,以便调整各轴承座的位置,来满足向心要求,这是决定拉矫机加工精度的关键部位,也是弧形段上底座加工难点所在。针对这些难点,采用销孔定位、万向铣头C轴分段数控加工的方法,取得了较好的结果。 In straightening machine arc segment upper base unilateral side, 9 pairs 18 not-obvious uneven line surface envelop to form Rll 085 mm great circle. Every line surface is used to bear and band taper of the roller bearing. There are centripetal require- ments to its position. The angle corresponding to each line surface is different, so the bearing positions can be adjusted to meet the cen- tripetal requirements. It is the key part to decide the machining accuracy of the straightening machine, also is the processing difficulty of arc segment upper base. Aiming at these difficulties, the pin bole location, universal milling head C shaft section NC machining method were adopted and good resuhs were obtained.
