摘要
设计一种加工回转体零件上横向双孔的钻模夹具,该夹具在普通摇臂钻床上一次定位、装夹后,可用于顺次钻削垂直于回转体零件轴线的两个孔,从而保证了两孔的尺寸精度和相对位置精度。
A drilling jig was designed to machine transverse holes of rotary parts. The drilling jig could be positioned and clamped in ordinary radial drilling machine one time, then it was used to sequentially drill two transverse holes perpendicular to the axis of the rotary body parts. Thus the dimensional accuracy and relative position accuracy of the two holes on the rotary parts can be guaranteed.
