摘要
为减少补油过程中对油箱的污染所造成的液压元件的损坏,依据流体力学中的连续性方程和伯努利方程,研制一种液压虹吸阀,与采煤机原有的液压调高系统的泵源组成补油装置,使泵的输出流量在压力状态下通过阀内流道时,在通径最小处将压力能转变成动能,同时形成低于大气压的状况,产生虹吸作用,将加油桶中油液吸出一起进入油箱完成补油。
In order to reduce polluting damage caused to the hydraulic element by oil supply of oil tank, according to the continu- ity equation and Bernoulli equation in fluid mechanics, a hydraulic siphon valve was developed. The valve and pump source of original hydraulic height adjusting system of coal mining machine consisted oil supply device. So that during the pump output flowing under pressure through the valve flow channel, in the path of minimum, the pressure energy was converted into kinetic energy, while forming a subatmospheric condition, and siphon function was produced. The oil in oil barrels was extracted and with output flow together into the oil tank to complete filling oil.
