介绍了一种液压伺服阀的复位机构。该复位机构至少包括伺服阀的功率级滑阀阀芯和功率级滑阀控制腔,在功率级滑阀阀芯与功率级滑阀控制腔之间安装一压缩弹簧,该压缩弹簧一端与功率级滑阀阀芯的端侧面相对接,另一端与功率级滑阀控制腔内端面相对接。该复位机构可使得伺服油缸的活塞杆在出现伺服阀内部反馈杆发生断裂、伺服阀的喷嘴因污染被堵、或伺服阀的供油液压源突然掉压,伺服阀失去先导压力等故障时处于预知、安全的工作位置。
A reset mechanism for hydraulic valves was introduced. This reset mechanism was included of at least the power stage slide valve core and power stage slide valve chamber of the servo valve, and a compression sprir^g was equipped between the valve core and the control chamber with one end of the spring connected with the end side face of the power stage valve core and the other end with the internal end of the control chamber of the slide valve. This reset mechanism can bring the piston rod of the servo cylinder into the foreseen and safe position, when accidents happened such as the feedback rod in the servo valve is broken, the noz- zles of the valves are blocked due to pollution, sudden loss of supply of hydraulic pressure of the servo valve or loess of leading pres- sure of servo valve, and etc.
