以德育人,是教育之本,是时代发展的需求,对保证人才培养的正确方向,促进学生全面发展,起着主导作用。班主任是学校德育工作的主要实施者和组织者,对学生灵魂的塑造具有举足轻重的作用。班主任要加强德育工作的有效性,必须具备"三心二意",即爱心、慧心、耐心、创意和诚意。

Moral education, the foundation of education, is the demand of social development. It plays a key role in the personnel training and the comprehensive development of students . Class teachers are the main executors of the moral education work in schools,who are also endowed a pivotal role in shaping students＇ soul. To strengthen the validity or effectiveness of moral education, class teachers must possess the follow- ing qualifications： love, ingenuity, patience, creativity and sincerity.
