采用问卷调查的方式,通过对甘肃X县八所小学的调查,分析得出了坐班制存在的必要性,以及在具体实施坐班制的时候,需要从校长的领导理念、教师工作环境等方面做出改进,并提出了几点建议。

Using the questionnaire they investigate into the ince and analyze the necessity of Zuoban System（teachers that headmasters＂ ideas and teachers＂ working environment ted. eight primary schools of X County in Gansu Prov- must stay in school in work hours）. They suggest should be improved when the system is implemented.
