实验性牙周炎动物模型的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 牙周炎是指发生在牙龈、牙周膜、牙槽骨和牙骨质的炎症性、破坏性疾病,是人类最古老、最普遍的疾病之一,其发病率在60%~90%,是造成成年人牙齿丧失的主要原因之一。本文就近年来国内外实验性牙周炎动物模型建立的概况作一综述。
