PCI术后双联抗血小板治疗时限再探讨——EXCELLENT试验解读

摘要 药物洗脱支架（drug eluting stent,DES）能有效降低经皮冠状动脉介入（percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI）术后再狭窄发生率,但近年DES支架内晚期和超晚期血栓形成所导致的死亡和心肌梗死风险引起越来越多的关注。提前中断的双联抗血小板（dual antiplatelet,DAPT）治疗被认为是最强的影响支架内血栓形成的危险因素,
