摘要 为满足电磁炮多路瞬态脉冲大电流测试需求,以罗果夫斯基线圈为传感器,以PXI高性能数据采集卡和嵌入式控制器为硬件核心,以LabWindows/CVI为虚拟仪器软件开发平台,采用多线程技术设计并实现了多通道脉冲大电流测试系统,并通过数据库实现测试数据的管理。实际应用表明系统实时性高、准确可靠,具有较高的安全性和良好的可扩展性。 To meet the requirement of measuring multi-channel large pulsed current of electromagnetic gun, a- dopting Rogowski coil as sensor, using embedded controller and high performance PXI DAQ card as the hard- ware core in this system, using LabWindows/CVI as virtual instrument software platform, and adotping multi- thread technology the multi-channel large pulsed current test system is designed and realized. The testing data is administered by database in this system. The practical application shows that this test system has high real- time performance, accuracy and reliability, as well as high security and well expansibility.
