摘要
针对目前测试性验证试验理论不完全适合工程应用的现状,按照测试性验证试验设计流程先后顺序,阐述了在样本量确定和分层抽样中遇到的具体问题,结合基于二项分布的测试性验证试验的方案设计理论,提出了面向不同样本空间的按比例分层抽样方法,同时对原有测试性验证试验理论中样本量和故障判据的确认方法进行修正,实现工程适用的测试性验证方法。本修正方法从测试性验证试验的基本原理上确保了试验验证的准确性和合理性,对工程应用具有一定的指导性。
At present, the theory of testability validation test is not suit for engineering completely. According to designing flow of testability validation test, the problem met in determining the sample size and stratified sam- pling is expatiated. According to the testability validation test plan based on the theory of binomial distribution, the proportional stratified sampling for different sample space is introduced, and the method for confirming the sample size and failure criteria is revised, and the testability validation test method is achieved in engineering utility. The correction method assures the accuracy and reasonableness of the testability validating on the basic principle of testability validation test, and has some guides for engineering application.
