在中央提出全面建成小康社会、努力实现中华民族伟大复兴的新形势下,各级工会组织充分发挥工会"大学校"作用,进一步提高职工队伍整体素质,对于推动油田在更高水平上实现科学发展、率先发展、和谐发展具有重要的现实意义。本文从完善职工素质教育体系、技能人才培养体系和创新成果转化应用体系三个方面全面论述了深化实施职工队伍素质提升工程的对策,并结合企业实际,进一步提出了推动职工队伍素质提升的保障措施。

In the new situation, labor union＇s function as ＂a big school＂ to promote the quality of overall staff and workers has practical significance to Shengli Oilfield＇s scientific and harmonious development. The author considers the reality of the en- terprise and discusses steps and measures to further improve the quality of staff and workers in three aspects of better moral education system, skills training system, and innovation results transformation and application system.
