摘要 试验表明在高炉炉况稳定、顺行的情况下,残留在8号高炉内的锌量很低.锌排出的主要途径是煤气中的瓦斯灰、布袋灰,因此有利于锌随煤气排出的措施就是减轻锌危害的措施.为降低高炉锌危害,建议:保持高炉炉况稳定、顺行;坚持发展中心气流、适当控制边缘气流的操作方针;避免慢风、休风,特别是非计划休风;提高入炉料质量,减少入炉粉尘,提高炉料低温还原粉化性能,保证炉料透气性;维持合理、稳定的操作参数,如炉顶压力、炉顶温度等;避免低料线操作;监控高炉锌平衡状况. It was shown by tests that the residual content of Zn in the No. 8 BF was low when the BF was in a stable and smooth operation. Because Zn is discharged mainly through the coarse ash and cloth-bag ash in the BF gas, the way to promote the Zn discharge is just the way to ease the harm of Zn. In order to reduce the harm of Zn, it is suggested that ( 1 ) the BF be maintained stable and smooth, (2) a center air flow be employed while with the edge air flow considerably sup- pressed, (3) slow-wind and no-wind, especially unplanned no-wind be avoided, (4) the properties of the BF charges be improved, so as to reduce ashes and increase the deoxidizing, powdering and ventilating capability of the charges, ( 5 ) proper and stable operating parameters such as pressure and temperature at the BF top be kept, (6) operation at low level of materials he avoided, and (7) the Zn equilibrium of BF be kept monitored.
