A new recycle technology of color stripping effluents of denim scrap

牛仔布废旧边角料剥色废水不经处理直接排放污染环境。将废水回收利用的方法有两步:一是初级回用,仅仅补充相关漂白药剂,将废水直接回用剥色;二是将废水经物理化学的方法处理干净,补充药剂,再用于剥色,此为次级回用。两步处理废水损失量为5%～1 5%,大部分水循环回用,理论上达到零排放。

The color stripping effluents of denim scrap are often directly discharged without further process which will contaminate the environment. Waste water recycling methods have two steps： first it is the primary reuse by adding bleaching agent only and recycle waste water to strip color. Second, wastewater will be purified by physical and chemical method, followed by adding auxiliaries and then used to strip color which means the secondary recycling. Mass loss of effluents after two steps process is 5% - 15%, the majority of water will be reused, which theoretically means zero emissions.
