摘要
采用模糊模式识别模型研究水资源司持续利用的评价问题。详细阐述了模糊模式识别模型的建立过程及如何根据级别特征值对样本进行分级。最后以黑河流域中游地区为例,进行了水资源可持续利用状态模糊评价,说明其在水资源开发利用程度与潜力评价中的应用过程。
The analyses of water resources sustainable utilization (WRSU) are made here based on the fuzzy pattern recognition model. Then the process of the fuzzy pattern recognition model and the way to classify the samples by the characteristic value are expounded in detail. Finally, taking the middle reach of Heihe River as an example, the fuzzy e- valuation of WRSU is carried out, and the applying process in development and potential evaluation of water resources is illustrated.
