摘要
针对周庄套闸工程实际状况,在现状调查、现场安全检测以及工程复核计算的基础上,对该工程运行管理、建筑物强度和耐久性、闸门与启闭机安全状态、建筑物的渗透稳定和整体稳定性进行了分析评价,并利用有限元方法对建筑物承载能力进行了计算分析。分析结果表明,建筑物结构、闸门与启闭机均处于良好的安全状态,主要设计指标满足要求,对照《水闸安全鉴定规定》SL214-98得出该工程类别为一类闸,由此为单位运行管理提供了科学依据。
According to the actual condition and on the basis of current status investigation, site sefety testing and safety rehecking, the project operation management, durability of the structure, safety state of the sluice gate and hoist, seep- age stability and global stability of the structure are analyzed and evaluated, and the bearing capacity of the structure is calculated and analyzed by FEM. The analyses show that the hydraulic structure, sluice gate and hoist are in good condi- tion, and the main design indexes of this project can meet the requirements. Then, this project is confirmed as the first class sluice through consulting ((Stipulation for Safety Appraisal of Sluice))(SL214 - 98). All these could provide scientif- ic evidence for the safety operation of administrative units.
