摘要 本文针对某大型炼钢厂的连铸漏钢诊断预报系统 ,剖析了粘结性漏钢的本质特征 ,阐述了诊断预报的工作原理 ,研制了基于逻辑分析的漏钢诊断预报辅助系统 ,探讨了模糊神经网络技术在漏钢诊断预报系统中的运用 。 The paper introduces the essential characters of the sticker BO(breakout) accident for a specific system of BO diagnostic prediction in one large steelworks. The principle of diagnostic prediction is expounded in detail. Meanwhile, the functions and effects of a support BO diagnostic prediction system based on logical analysis are discussed. It is put forward that the techniques of FNN(fuzzy neural network) can be applied to the BO diagnostic prediction systems, and the relevant simulation results by using actual data are provided.
