从发达国家人才培养模式改革看我国地方高校应用型人才培养模式的创新

A Comparative Study on the Mode of Applied Talents-Training in Local Univer sities

地方高校应用型人才培养模式改革创新,既是我国21世纪经济社会发展的迫切需要,也是我国高等教育改革发展的内在要求。发达国家20世纪80年代以来兴起的人才培养模式改革给我们提供了如下启示:第一,更新教育观念,树立以人为本、面向社会和实施素质教育的新理念;第二,创新教育教学平台,构建一套适合区域经济社会发展需要的应用型人才培养模式;第三,改变传统教学方式,创建符合应用型人才培养目标的教学方式;第四,改革考试模式,探索适合应用型人才培养特点的教学评价体系。

Innovation of applied talents training mode in local universities, is not only the urgent need of the economic and social development of China in the 21 century, but also the essential requirement of China＇s higher education reform and development. Since the 1980s, the talents training mode reform of developed countries has inspired us as follows： firstly, update education idea, set up the new concept of education as human-oriented, society -oriented and quality-oriented; secondly, create a new education teaching platform, and construct the training mode of applied talents that meets requirement of local economic and social development; thirdly, change tra- ditional teaching methods, and create new way of teaching that meets the applied talent training target; fourthly, change the mode of testing, and create evaluation system of teaching that adapts to the characteristic of applied talents training.
