人的全面发展是现代教育关注的中心,也是现代教育的最高理想。高等教育的目标是将学生培养成全面发展的人,为此高校德育教师必须以身作则,以人的全面发展为目标,通过道德的自我完善、人文素养的自我积累、专业能力的自我提升、心理素质的自我加强、创新精神的自我培养及审美能力的自我修炼等途径实现自我的不断完善,以保证高等教育目标的顺利完成。

Mankind＇s comprehensive development is not only the focus but also the final goal of modern education. The goal of higher edu- cation is to cultivate fuRy-developed talents. As a result moral education teachers in colleges and universities must set themselves as exam- pies, orienting to Mankind＇s comprehensive development, and at the same time achieves self-perfection through moral cultivation, ac- cumulation of humanistic quality, promotion of professional quality, enforcement of psychological quality, cultivation of innovative spirit, improvement of aesthetic ability and so on, so as to guarantee the accomplishment of higher education goals.
