化学镀非晶Ni-P合金镀层耐蚀性研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用化学镀方法在碳钢上沉积非晶Ni-P合金镀层(10.90wt.%),考察Ni-P合金结构、性能及热处理温度对耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:在10%HCl溶液中,非晶Ni-P镀层具有较好的耐蚀性;热处理影响镀层的耐蚀性,非晶Ni-P镀层经200℃热处理后,可使耐蚀性能提高37%,热处理温度达到300℃和400℃时,镀层分别出现亚稳相和稳定相,耐蚀性能降低,但耐蚀性仍优于镀态Ni-P镀层。 The amorphous Ni-P coatings (10.90 wt. % ) were deposited on carbon steel by electroless method, furthermore, the effect of as-deposits structure, properties and heattreatment temperture on the corrsion resistance were investigated. The results show that the corrsion resistance of amorphous Ni-P coatings is superior in 10% HCl soultion. The corrsion resistance is affected by heat treatment, as the performance of corrsion resistance has improved 37% after amorphous Ni-P coatings heated at 200℃. Additionally, metastable and stable phases are presented in Ni-P coatings as the temperature reaches at 300 and 400℃ respectively, however, the corrsion resistance is reduced, which is still higher than as-deposited Ni-P coatings.
