摘要
采用化学共沉淀法和溶胶凝胶自蔓延法均制备得到二维片状BaFe12O19。化学共沉淀法制备的BaFe12O19呈明显六角片状,颗粒径向尺寸0.4~1μm,径厚比2~5,Ms和Hc分别为59.57emu/g和1975Oe。溶胶凝胶自蔓延法制备的BaFe12O19呈六角片状和近六角片状,颗粒径向尺寸为1.5~2μm,径厚比为10~15,Ms与Hc值分别为61.96emu/g和2813Oe。与化学共沉淀法制备BaFe12O19相比,溶胶凝胶自蔓延法制备的BaFe12O19具有相对较高的结晶有序程度和颗粒径向尺寸及径厚比,使其呈现出相对高的Ms与Hc值。
BaFe12O19 can be prepared by co-precipitation method and sol-gel method. BaFe12019 can be presented hexagonal-plate shape by co-precipitation method. Its average particle size is between 0.4 - 1μm, radius-thickness ratio between 2 - 5, and Ms and Hc is 59.57emu/g and 1975Oe respectively. BaFe12O19 was synthesized by sol-gel combustion method presented hexagonal-plate and nearly hexagonal-plate shape. Its particle size is 1.5 -2μm, radius-thickness ratio is 10 - 15, and Ms and Hc is 60. 28emu/g and 2813Oe respectively. Compared with BaFel2O19 synthesized by co-precipitation method, BaFe12O19 synthesized by sol-gel combustion had higher crystalline level, particle size and radius-thickness, and thus presented higher Ms and Hc.
