摘要
研发一种在Windows操作系统下的基于PC+NC的开放式、模块化数控系统,将此数控系统用于微磨床的加工控制。对微磨床的床身结构、数控系统的硬件选择与连接、数控系统的软件结构及实现功能进行详细说明。实验结果表明,该数控系统能够满足现代加工的精度要求。
A kind of open architecture and PC + NC modular CNC system based on the Windows operating system is developed , the numerical control system is used in micro grinding machine processing control. The micro grinder' s bed structure, the numerical control system' s hardware selection and connection and the CNC system' s software structure and functions are described in detail. The experimental results show that the control system can satisfy the modem machining precision.
