日前，财政部下发《关于出台页岩气开发利用补贴政策的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。《通知》表示，为大力推动我国页岩气勘探开发，增加天然气供应，缓解天然气供需矛盾，调整能源结构，促进节能减排．中央财政将安排专项资金，支持页岩气开发利用。《通知》还提到，中央财政将对页岩气开采企业给予补贴．2012－2015年的补贴标准为0．4元／m3，补贴标准将根据页岩气产业发展情况予以调整。
Just in a few days, the State Treasury Department has released the 《Notice about Come out of Subsidy Policy for Exploitation and Utilizing Shale Gases》 ( briefed as the《 Notice》 in the following) . The 《 Notice》 has showh that the central finance of state will arrange special item of fund to support exploitation and utilizing shale gases, in order to vigorously promote prospecting for and exploitation of shale gases in China, increase supplying of natural gases, and relax conflict in supply & demand of natural gases and adjust the structure of energy sources. The 《Notice》has also mentioned that the central finance will give subsidy to enterprises at exploitation of shale gases, with subsidy standard at 0.4 3 Yuan RMB/ m between the years from 2012-2015, and the subsidy standard will be adjusted according to development status of shale gases industry. The local finance can make adequate subsidy to the exploitation and utilizing of shale gases, according to their local situations. The detailed standards and subsidy method are determined according to investigation in practical situation in local areas.
