The Design of an Automatic Turnover-mechanism of the Back Door of a Dump-truck’ s Body

通过自卸车车厢后门常见问题的研究,设计了一种自卸车车厢后门自动翻转机构,该机构能使自卸车在卸载货物时车厢后门自动向上翻转打开,避免了货物与车厢后门的碰撞、挤压与摩擦,使车厢后门不会产生变形和磨损,延长了使用寿命。

On the study of the back door of a dump-truck＇ s body, an automatic turnover-mechanism of the back door of a dump-truck＇ s body was designed. As the back door of a dump-truck＇ s body can automatically turnover up and open during the process of unloading goods, this automatic turuover-mechanism will make it easier to avoid the collision, extrusion and friction between the goods and the back door of the body, which will make the back door out of the distortion and attrition and extend the expectancy of the back door.
