摘要
通过对混凝土搅拌运输车托轮机构常见问题的研究,总结了托轮被损坏的主要原因,设计了一种随动托轮结构,该结构能使托轮装置的滚轮轴线随着搅拌筒轴线方向的变化而变化,有效保证了滚道与滚轮之间运动副的良好接触,减少了托轮和滚道的损坏,延长了使用寿命。
Through analysis and research into the common problems of concrete mixer truck' s supporting roller, the main damage causes of supporting roller was summarized, and a new kind of supporting roller was designed. This innovative design can make the supporting roller' s roller axis changes with the mixing barrel axis, which effectively guarantee the good contact between raceway and roller motion pair as well as reduce the damage of jockey pulley and raceway so as to increase service life.
