Carry Out the Spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and Promote Inclusive Education

十八大报告中提出"支持特殊教育"。随班就读是我国特殊教育的主体,也将迎来新的发展契机。文章分析了我国随班就读工作的成效及问题,并提出全面推进随班就读发展的对策:完善政策法规是保障;树立生态观是基础;加强师资建设是关键;打造幸福课堂是破解随班就读课堂教学难题的钥匙。

According to the report of the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC supports special education Inclusive education, an important part of special education, will have a good oppommity for development. This study analyzes the achievements in and problems of inclusive education, and puts forward strategies for the promotion of inclusive education as follows： consummating relevant policies and regulations, establishing the concept of ecology, strengthening the construction of a contingent of special education teachers, and creating happy class- rooms for children with special needs.
