摘要
我国特殊教育教师专业发展的研究主要集中在特殊教育教师专业发展的内涵、现状和策略三方面。研究显现出视角比较开阔、内容较为详实、方法注重实证、队伍逐渐壮大的特点。但研究还存在不足,应从创新方法、拓宽视野、优化团队等方面入手,努力提高研究水平。
In China,the research into the professional development of special education teachers,which mainly focuses on its connotations,present situation and strategies,is characterized by open perspectives,informative content,empirical methods,and increasing quantity.However,there are deficits in the research.Therefore,the research is supposed to be improved by means of innovative methods,opener perspectives,and the optimization of researchers.
