The Implement of Case Method in Managerial Psychology

在管理心理学教学中实施案例教学,需要在明确教学目的、做好教学规划前提下,进行组织实施,具体程序包括:(1)教学前的沟通;(2)阅读案例材料;(3)建立学习小组,进行课前讨论;(4)课堂讨论;(5)课后交流与评价;(6)撰写分析报告。案例教学法的成功实施取决于4个要素:精选教学案例;准确定位教师角色;学习者积极参与;完善成绩考核机制。

This paper mainly includes three parts. Part one briefly point out clear objective and careful plan is important before case method of teaching; Part two indicate that implementing case method of teaching in Managerial Psychology include： 1） the communication between teachers and students before teaching; 2） students read case; team learning and discussing before class; 3） discussions in class; 4） exchange and evaluation after class; 5） analytic report writing after class. Part three emphasize the success of case method of teaching depends on： 1） carefully selected case; 2） defined teacher role; 3） students actively attend ;4） Perfect Test Mechanism.
