适宜桑枝屑栽培的毛木耳优良菌株筛选试验 被引量:6

摘要 为了筛选适宜南宁地区利用桑枝屑栽培的毛木耳品种,以8个毛木耳菌株在PDA及桑枝培养基的菌丝生长情况、子实体生物学效率进行了比较试验。结果表明,在PDA和桑枝培养基上,毛木耳43、台毛一号菌丝粗壮有力,菌丝生长快;在子实体生物学效率上,毛木耳43最高,其次是毛木耳tld、台毛一号。综合分析,毛木耳43、台毛一号、毛木耳tld较适宜南宁地区利用桑枝屑为主要栽培基质的菌株。 In order to screening the fungus strains of Auricularia polytricha which is suitable for cultivation by saw- dust of mulberry branch, PDA agar medium culture, culture experiment with sawdust of mulberry branch and bio- logical efficiency were carried out with 8 Auricularia polytricha strains from different places.The results showed that strain 43 and Tai Mao NO.1 fungus strains grew best on PDA agar medium and bag medium that the main materials were sawdust of mulberry branch, and the biological efficiency of strain 43 was the highest, strains TLD next, and then Tai Mao NO.1. Therefore, strains 43,Tai Mao NO.1 and strains TLD were suitable to be extended in Nan Ning.
