摘要
研究了博来霉素A_5和异博定联合用药对小鼠免疫功能的影响,包括迟发型超敏反应、抗体产生、血液循环系统中^(51)Cr标记的绵羊红细胞的清除、淋巴细胞转化实验、白细胞介素2的产生以及免疫器官的重量等指标。实验证实5mg/kg博来霉素A_5明显抑制迟发型超敏反应、DTH反应、血液循环中~5 Cr标记的绵羊红细胞清除和小鼠胸、脾重量。40mg/kg异博定只明显地抑制DTH反应和降低小鼠胸、脾重量。联合用药更大程度地抑制由5mg/kg博来霉素A_5引起的免疫抑制反应,但联合用药能进一步促进白细胞介素2的产生。
The effects of combined Bleomycin A_5 and verapamil on immunologi-cal function including DTH reaction, antibody production, clearauce of ^(5J)Cr-lablled SRBC spleen lymphocyte transformation, weights of immunologic organs and IL-2 production have been investigated. 5 mg/kg Bleomycin A_5 has significantly inhibatory effect on all aspects except spleen lymphocytes transformation, IL-2 production and weight of spleen. 40 mg/kg verapamil only inhibits DTH reaction and reduces the weight of thymus. Combined treatment of 5 mg/kg Bleomycin A_5 and 40 mg/kg verapamil has more sigificantly inhibitory effects on immunological functions than Bleomycin A_5 and verapamil used alone except IL-2 Production and spleen lymphocyte transformation.
