摘要
通过金相分析、10%草酸浸蚀试验和硫酸-硫酸铜腐蚀试验对HR3C不锈钢的晶间腐蚀敏感性进行了研究。实验结果表明,对HR3C不锈钢进行10%草酸浸蚀试验后其金相组织呈沟状;对其进行硫酸-硫酸铜腐蚀试验后发现,HR3C不锈钢发生晶间腐蚀敏感性低,属于耐晶间腐蚀的钢种。
The susceptibility to intergranular corrosion of HR3 C stainless steel was investigated by metallo- graphic analysis, oxalic acid etching test and copper sulfate sulfuric acid corrosion test. The results showed that the metallographic structure of HR3C stainless steel after oxalic acid etching test appeared ditch form. Further analysis by using copper sulfate sulfuric acid corrosion test revealed that the susceptibility to intergranular corrosion of HR3C stainless steel was low and it had excellent ability against intergranular corrosion.
