摘要
介绍了芯模振动混凝土管的外观质量缺陷类型;分析了混凝土振动过程中表面气泡和内部孔腔形成机理、振动参数对排气和混凝土密实性的影响;提出了减少空气吸入量的关键、工序操作注意事项、芯模振动工艺技术参数选择以及芯模振动工艺的改进意见。
The appearance quality defect type of the core mold vibration concrete pipes is introduced, and the concrete vibration process surface bubbles and internal hole cavity formation mechanism, the influence of vibration parameters on the exhaust and concrete compaction are analyzed. Meanwhile, the key points and solving methods to reduce the air suetion volume, process operation attention matters, selection of core mode vibration technical parameter and the improvement suggestions of core mode vibration process are put forword.
