以玻碳电极为工作电极,比较了Fe(Ⅲ)-草酸-葡萄糖酸钙与Fe(Ⅲ)-TEA-葡萄糖酸钙媒介体系的循环伏安曲线,探讨了体系的氧化还原性.Fe(Ⅲ)-草酸在碱性条件下不能稳定存在,但在加入葡萄糖酸钙(DGL)后,Fe(Ⅲ)-草酸在pH≥13的强碱性条件下依然能稳定存在,2种体系都表现出受扩散控制的准可逆反应过程.当n(草酸)∶n(Fe3+)∶n(DGL)=2∶1∶1时,电解30 min氧化还原电位能达到-1 019.2 mV.2种体系的染色效果(K/S及CIELab)都与传统保险粉染色效果相当.
The cyclic voltammetric curves of the ferric-oxalate-calcium gluconate and the ferric-TEA-calcium gluconate medium systems were investigated using a glassy carbon electrode as working electrode, and the redox properties of the two systems were also explored. The ferric-oxalate system was unstable under alkaline condition. However, in the presence of calcium gluconate, ferric-oxalate system exhibited good stability in strongly alkaline (pH≥13) media. Moreover, both systems displayed a quasi-reversible reaction which was controlled by diffusion. When the molar ratio of n(oxalate):n(Fe3+):n(DGL) was 2:1:1, the redox potential of the electrolyte achieved -1 019.2 mV after 30 min of electrolysis. Color depth was characterized by the K/S value and CIELab, and the dyeing result was comparable with the conventional samples dyed using sodium dithion- ite as the reducing agent.
