介绍了新颁布的DSD酸化工行业标准HG/T 2279-2011与原标准HG/T 2279-2000的主要差异:增加了能更好体现DSD酸内在质量的重要技术指标(DSD酸纯度、铁离子的质量分数及潮品剂型DSD酸灰分的质量分数);大幅度提高潮品剂型DSD酸总氨基值的技术指标,降低潮品剂型DSD酸中杂质的含量;采用液相色谱法,能更精确的检验出有机杂质的含量;取消产品等级划分;增加了CAS登录号,使该标准更适应科技文献数字化管理的要求,检索更为方便;删除了原标准中一些已无实际意义的内容.新标准的技术水平较原标准有了很大的提高.

The differences between the new issued chemical industry standard HG/T 2279-2011 on DSD acid and the old standard HG/T 2279-2000 were introduced. Some important items which can better reflect the intrinsic quality of DSD acid were added, including acid impurity, mass fraction of iron ions and ash content in wet formulations of DSD acid. Significantly increasing the total amino content of DSD acid in the wet formulations can decrease the content of the impurity in wet formulations of DSD acid. Liquid chromatographic analytical method was recommended for the accurate detection of organic impurities. No separate levels of product quality would exist in this revised chemical standard. The use of CAS registry number in the new standard would meet the requirements of scientific literature digital management. Some meaningless contents in the old standard were canceled. The technology level of new issued standard was much higher than the old standard.
