三氯异氰尿酸参与的水-甲醇可重复利用体系中的氯代反应 被引量:3

摘要 以水为主要反应介质,以甲醇为助溶剂,以低毒的三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA)为氯代试剂,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,发展了在室温下的氯代反应,对于部分苯乙酮类化合物和含有强供电子基的芳香族化合物取得了良好的反应效果,氯代产物产率为82.0%~95.2%。水-醇的反应体系可以重复利用5次,氯代产物产率没有明显降低。该反应体系低毒、温和、廉价、可重复利用,比较接近绿色化学的要求。 A new system of chlorination at room temperature was developed by using water as main reaction media,methanol as co-solvent,trichloroisocyanuric acid(TCCA) as chlorinating reagent and p-TsOH as catalyst.Some acetophenones and aromatic compounds with strong electron-donating groups were chlorinated in this system successfully and the yields of chlorinated products were 82.0%~95.2%.The water-methanol system was re-used five times and the yields of chlorinated products did not decline obviously.This system with low toxicity is mild,cheap and reusable and it is close to the requirement of green chemistry.
