摘要
研究了一种基于DSP的张力控制器,针对张力控制中速度变化的扰动,在反馈控制的基础上引入了前馈补偿,以克服速度变化对系统的影响。设计了以TMS320F2812型DSP为核心的控制电路。介绍了构成系统的控制原理、硬件控制系统与控制软件的设计。该控制器具有响应速度快、调节平滑、抗扰动能力强等优点。实际应用证明了设计的正确性和有效性。
A tension controller based on DSP is designed. According to the disturbance of speed changing in the tension control, in order to overcome the speed change on the influence of the system, based on the feedback control the feed-forward compensation introduced, The control circuit based on TMS320F2812 is designed. The control principle of system,'-~hardware control system and the program design are introduced. The controller has corresponding speed, adjustment smooth, disturbance is strong, etc. The actual application proved the design is correct and effective.
