摘要 探讨了超级电容在电梯节能中的应用前景。选择合理的电梯节能系统结构,在计算完成电梯运行中的需求功率和能够将电梯单方向单程运行时回馈的最大能量吸收基础上,给出了超级电容器的设计方法。通过对某通用变频器的Simulink仿真分析,针对曳引机空载、由空载到电动状态和由空载到发电状态三种情况给出了基于超级电容的电梯节能系统基本控制策略,从而使超级电容能够实现应急电源和能量缓冲功能并且得到较高的充放电效率。通过研究显示,超级电容在大功率电器电子产品尤其是电梯产品中具有良好的应用效果和优势,其应用前景无可限量。 Objective To investigate the super capacitor in the elevator energy saving prospect. Method for selecting reasonable elevator energy- saving system structure, in the calculation of the completion of the lift operation in demand power and can lift a single direction one- way operation feedback based on maximum energy absorption, presents the design method of super capacitor. The results of the general inverter Simulink simulation analysis for traction machine, no-load, from no-load to electric state and from no-load to state three cases are g^ven based on the super capacitor energy saving elevator system control strategy, thereby enabling the super capacitor can realize the emergency power supply and energy buffering function and get higher charge-discharge efficiency. Conclusion this study shows, the super capacitor in high power electrical and electronic products especially in elevator products has good application effect and advantage, the application prospect of unlimited.
