摘要
本文查阅了近年来相关的文献和资料,对挥发油提取的主要方法:水蒸气蒸馏法,压榨法,溶剂回流法,微波提取法,超临界二氧化碳提取法,超声波提取法,酶提取法,吸收法等进行了分析整理,为挥发油类化合物的开发和利用提供了一定的科学借鉴依据。
This paper consults the documents and data in recent years, analyzes and summarizes the main extraction methods of volatile oil components from traditional Chinese and Mongolian medicine, which include steam distillation method, pressing method, solvent reflux method, microwave extraction method, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method, ultrasonic extraction method, enzyme extraction method, and absorption method.It provides certain scientific basis and reference for the development and utilization of volatile oils.
