糖尿病肾病患者腹膜透析的护理

目的探讨终末期糖尿病肾病患者腹膜透析治疗的护理。方法对在我院住院的2例糖尿病肾病患者进行腹膜透析治疗的同时,给予细致的护理,包括血糖监测、严格无菌操作、切口护理、饮食指导以及对家属的指导等。结果患者进行腹膜透析治疗,在精心细致的护理下,患者的电解质紊乱得到纠正,尿素氮、肌酐以及血钾水平与透析前比较明显降低。结论采取合理的透析方式,预防透析并发症,合理调控血糖,严密观察病情变化,加强腹膜透析过程护理,重视康复指导,有利于病人康复。

Objective To investigate the nursing for peritoneal dialysis treatment of end-stage diabetic nephropathy sufferers.Methods 2 sufferers with diabetic nephropathy in our sanatorium were given considerate nursing including blood sugar monitoring, strict aseptic technique, incision nursing, diet guidance, and guidance to the family members during their peritoneal dialysis treatment. Results During the peritoneal dialysis treatment, with careful nursing the electrolyte disturbance of the sufferers got corrected, and the levels of urea ni- trogen, creatinine and serum potassium obviously decreased with comparison to those before treatment.Conclusion Taking reasonable dialysis way, preventing dialysis complications, reasonably controlling blood sugar, closely observing the patients＇ condition, strengthening the peritoneal dialysis process nursing, and paying attention to rehabilitation nursing guidance, all can be beneficial to the patients＇ rehabilitation.
