响应面法优化发酵棉籽粕生产菌种液态发酵工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用响应面分析法考察了发酵温度、发酵时间和pH值对发酵棉籽粕生产菌细菌总数的影响。结果表明,得到最大细菌总数的最佳发酵条件:发酵温度为39.21℃、发酵时间为39.11 h、pH值为7.06,最大细菌总数为283.0×106cfu/ml,此时最利于生产使用。 With response surface method,the influences of fermentation temperature,fermenta-tion time and the pH value on the total number of bacteria of producing fermented cottonseed meal were studied .The results showed that,the optimum fermentation conditins to get the maximum total number of bacteria;the fementation temperature was 39.21℃,the fermentation time was 39.11h and pH value was 7.06,the maximum total number of bacteria was 283.0×10^6cfu/ml,the most conducive to production use.
