中国药用菌物化学成分与生物活性研究进展

Advance on Chemical Constituents and Bioactivity of the Medicinal Fungi in China

本文综述了中国药用菌物的化学成分以及生物活性,并对其药用前景进行了展望。药用菌物的化学成分类型主要有萜类、甾体、生物碱、酚性成分、鞘脂、色素和多糖。药用菌物具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、心血管系统、降血脂、保肝、抗菌、抗病毒以及生物毒害作用。

The chemical constituents and bioactivity of the medicinal fungi in China are summarized and its pros pects are also discussed. The main types of chemical constituents found in the medicinal fungi include terpenoids, steroids, aikaloids, phenolic constituents, sphingolipids, pigments and polysaccharides. The medicinal fungi have the bioactive functions of antitumor, immunoregulation, cardiovascular system, antihyperlipidemics, hepatic protec tion, antibiosis, antivirus and biological toxication.
