摘要
高碱度转炉钢渣中游离氧化钙(f-CaO)的存在会造成膨胀,限制了转炉钢渣在建筑行业的使用。在高温下,使转炉钢渣中的f-CaO与硅质改性剂发生反应,生成硅酸盐类。试验表明:硅质改性剂的加入不仅能够降低钢渣中f-CaO的含量,同时中活性矿物硅酸盐、铝酸盐、铁铝酸盐等含量相对增加,钢渣的胶凝活性得到改善,为转炉钢渣作为建筑材料提供了理论依据。
Expansion would be caused by the existence off-CaO in high-basicity converter slag, which limits its application as a building material. Under the circumstances of high temperatures, f-CaO in the slag would react with silicone modifier to generate silicate. The experiment showed that addition of silicone modifier would not only reduce the percentage off-CaO in the slag, but also relatively increase the percentage of active minerals such as sil- icate, aluminate and iron aluminate so as to improve the gelatinate activity of slag, which provided a basis for the converter slag used as a building material.
