摘要
对某石油公司37Mn5钢套管的断裂原因进行化学成分及显微组织分析,排除了上述因素对套管断裂的影响。指出断裂是由于钢管在轧制生产过程中形成的"折叠"缺陷所引起的。当对套管进行调质处理时,这些折叠部位就会在淬火内应力的作用下张开,导致钢管产生纵向裂纹。
Analysis on the cause of 37 Mn5 steel casing failure was made from chemical compositions and micro structure in one oil company, which ruled out the above factors impacting on the casing fracture. The paper pointed out that the fracture was due to the rolling steel production process to form the "fold" which caused the defects. When quenching and tempering the casing, these folding parts would be open in the quenching under the internal stress, leading to Iongitudinal cracks in steel.
